We provide a free half hour consultation during which we can explore if this is a good fit for you.

Payment options are e-transfer, cash or cheque. A receipt for service is given upon payment.

Many insurance benefits cover the services of psychotherapy. Please check with your provider to confirm if this is the case.
The client pays at the end of the session and submits the receipt for reimbursement.

To avoid being charged the late cancellation fee of $50.00, please cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Illnesses and emergencies are unavoidable, to which the late fee is waived.
